Babies to Teens

Paediatric acupuncture is a gentle, safe and effective form of healthcare for children. It focuses on the whole child, helping to restore wellbeing and resilience. Chinese medicine is one of the world’s oldest healthcare systems and today, a growing body of evidence supports its use for children for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Many children don’t mind the use of fine acupuncture needles but treatment can be entirely  needle-free. I use a variety of techniques such as Shonishin, paediatric massage, cupping,  moxibustion and press seeds to make the treatments comfortable and gentle.

I trained with the internationally renowned paediatric acupuncturist Rebecca Avern.

Babies & Teenagers Acupuncture Testimonials

“I’d been having panic attacks at school for about 6 months, I was also finding it difficult to sleep. The treatments were really relaxing, I didn’t need many needles and I felt so much less anxious!.”

“I’ve been having acupuncture on and off for about 5 years. I’ve had it for things like period pains, cold symptoms and sleep patterns. I find it really relaxing and it works really fast for me. I found it especially effective around my GCSEs relieving stress and anxiety..”
